are these trainings for me?

Our trainings are designed for gelato beginners & professionals who don’t have a lot of time to train and money to waste in group classes. If you want to learn how to truly work from scratch, what ingredients to use and truly understand the gelato making process while getting impartial advice on the “gelato business” then we are the only class in the US that will do just that!

How many students does each class have?

All our trainings are one-on-one, but you can bring 1 additional participant at no extra cost (your business partner, your assistant, your kitchen manager..). We are now also offering online videoconference trainings and downloadable PDFs & videos too!

Do you do online/video training?

We do online training with both video and desktop sharing via Zoom and it works really well. An effective and time saving alternative to our in-person classes.

How are the classes structured?

Classes are normally scheduled Mondays &/or Tuesdays. We work 8 hours per day between the classroom & the gelato lab. Our curricula is completely customizable to your needs, but you will leave the class with all the tools to open your own Gelateria & start crafting authentic gelato from scratch!

How does the pricing work?.

All our pricing is per hour. We feel this way you get the most out of every session as you are paying only for the time we spend with you. Straighforward and no surprises :)

Do you travel?

During Covid-19 emergency we are not able to travel, but we can do videoconferences to address all your needs. Vincenzo is available for on site training, start-up or any other professional gelato consultation you might need. Available travel days are limited so please inquire in advance.

 

what do we learn in class?

Classes are tailored to your specific needs. We don't waste time on informations that you don't need, but we start working to get you going faster. Every situation is unique, but you will leave knowing how to produce authentic gelato, how to create your own recipes and how to set-up and work in your own gelato lab. 

what should we bring to the class?

We will work on MS Excel, so please bring your laptop (if available), pens and your paper notebook for notes. We will provide calculators, unlimited water & coffee drinks and sweet snacks to get you through the day! 

where is your café located?

West Chester PA is located about 45 minutes south west of Philadelphia. West Chester is also about 45 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport and about 10 minutes from Exton Amtrak train station (easy train ride from north Jersey & NYC).
